The weathered coal of Lingshi County and the raw soil of Pingshuo opencast coal mine dump are used as the test object in this experiment, the main conclusions can be drawn through cultivating the fluid medium of weathered coal microbial, which test as follow:(1) The pretreatment of weathered coal is conducted through adding (NH4)2HPO4, and compares the effect on the activation of weathered coal. When added 2% (NH4) H2PO4, the microorganism activation effects for coal is best, the percent conversion increases by 41%, the water-soluble humic acid reaches to 19.36% which increases by 59.2%, the activity humic acid reaches to 28.43% which increases by 21.7%.(2) The pretreatment of weathered coal is conducted through adding different amounts of SDS, and compares the effect on the activation of weathered coal. The results showed that adding SDS has a significant effect on enzyme activity, its conversion rate in liquid culture increases by 33%, the water-soluble humic acid added 1g SDS reaches to 18.72% which increases by 31.1%.(3) The conversion rate of weathered coal after oxidizing pre-treatment of nitric acid increases by 71% in its liquid culture, the water-soluble humic acida reaches to 20% which increases by 64.4%, the active humic acid reaches to 33% which increases by 41.2%, the total humic acid reaches to 38%, which increases by 44%.(4) With the increase of bacterial content, the humic acid content of weathered coal is increasing. When added the microbial inoculum of 10%, the humic acid content reached the maximum value and then slightly drop. The humic acid content of cultured weathered coal also rise with the rising of temperature in the temperature range of 24-30?, therefore, the optimal culture temperature of 30? is selected, the cost-optimal degradation time of 6 days is selected. The multifactor interaction experiment is conducted based on single-factor experiment, the optimal program is obtained as follow:the culture temperature of 31.87?, the added microbial inoculum amount of 9.3% and the incubation time of 7.7 days.
