The linen has the outstanding properties such as coolness, breathe freely, antisepsis, antibiotic, gentle color, guarding against an ultraviolet ray and so on. It caters to the need of the customers and wins the favors of the markets. The colored cotton has a natural color, and its product has no need of dyeing treatment. It has broken the traditional pattern that is the raw cotton must become to the bright-colored cotton textile by dyeing treatment, and eradicated the environmental pollution which is brought by using dyestuff completely. It is recognized the natural green-ecologic textile in the world, becomes the leading textile goods which is able to break through the abroad green trade wall in the textile.In this paper, we mainly studied on the pre-processing and mellow finishing of the flax/colored cotton blended knitted fabrics. Firstly, we investigated about the pre-processing, the knitted fabric is scoured by scourzyme and cellusoft separately. We analyzed the effect factors on scouring of enzyme, such as pretreatment, concentration of enzyme, PH-value, temperature and time. The scourzyme's preferred range is that concentration of enzyme 1g/L-2g/L, PH-value 7-9, temperature 50℃-60℃, time 30min-60min. The cellusoft's preferred range is that concentration of enzyme 1%-2%, PH-value 3-5, temperature 40℃-50℃, time 30min-60min. Then we made an orthogonal test and come to the following conclusions: The scourzyme's optimal technique is concentration of enzyme 1.5g/L, PH-value 8, temperature 60℃, time 45min, penetrant 2g/L, bath ratio 1:20. The cellusoft's optimal technique is concentration of enzyme 1.5%, PH-value 5, temperature 45℃, time 45min, penetrant 2g/L, bath ratio 1:20.Secondly, we compared the knitted fabric scoured by the scourzyme and cellusoft with by that of alkali. The wicking of scoured by the scourzyme is better than the cellusoft, and the soft performance of scoured by cellusoft is better than the scourzyme. The wicking of knitted fabric scoured by enzyme is worse than alkali. But on the entirety most probably the affection of scoured by scourzyme is the best. And the scoured by scourzyme accord with the viewpoint of the natural and environment protection function.Thirdly, we made some experiments about mellow finishing on flax /colored cotton blended knitted fabrics. We studied the three kinds of methods such as cellusoft mellow finishing, silicon oil mellow finishing and cellusoft-silicon oil mellow finishing respectively. We found that first method can improve the wicking of knitted fabric, decrease the bursting strength seriously; the second method can reduce the wicking of knitted fabric, increase the bursting strength; the preperties of the wicking and the bursting strength after third method's finishing is between the first's and the second's. Then we tested and analyzed other wear abilities. We got some conclusion as follows: the properties such as the pliability, drapability and resistance to wrinkling are that the third method is the best, the second method is better and the first method is the worst. The anti pilling of the third method is better than that of the first and the second method. The gas permeability of the first method is the best, the third method is better.At last, we tested knitted fabric style finished by three kind of aboved method by KES-F, and analyzed the blurred overall evaluation at the same time. The conclusion is that the knitting style finished by three kind of method is well. But on the entirety the knitting style finished by the second and the third method is better than that of the first method.
