Ultraviolet curing technology is a new curing technology with efficiency, energy saving and environmental. But it has some limit of curing in deep and shadow area. Dual.curing technology is a new technology that combined UV curing with other curing technology. It has extend the application area of UV curing system and it has been a potential method for the modify of polymer material. This paper discussed the mechanism of dual-curing technology and the prepolymer for this system is synthesized. Then the adhesive that used in dual-curing system by this prepolymer.was prepared. The performance of the prepolymers of acrylic epoxy monoester and acrylic polyurethane was discussed. The select of diluent, catalyst that effect on the gel rate, water absorption, mechanochemistry and heat performance was discussed. The two prepolymers were mixed, the select of types and content for diluents, photoinitiators and heat-initiators that effect on the characteristic of adhesive were discussed. These properties mainly include the curing rate, degree of cure, adhesion, contraction percentage, thermal stability and so on.The prepolymer play the important role in the adhesive. The dual-curable adhesive that prepared has low gel rate and, good flexibility and high break strength is enhanced after dual-curing.The best proportion of the acrylic epoxy monoester and acrylic polyurethane is 5:2,occupy about 57 percentages of the total. The best ratio of the 620-100,TPGDA and PO-TMPTA is 1:2:1,occupy about 38 percentages of the total, and the proportion of 907:1173:TPO:BPO is 4:4:4:1,occupy about 5 percentage. The stability of the dual-curable adhesive was Improved by selecting stabilizer.
