Preparation And Application On The Compound Salt Of Calcium Citrate Malate

Calcium Citrate Malate (CCM) is a new-type nutrient supplement which is a kind of compound salt with calcium, citrate and malate in certain reaction. CCM has high solubleness, high absorption availability, favourable flavor, safety and asepsis which can reduce the hindrance of iron's absorption. CCM, has extensive exploitation and application prospect, can be made in calcium health care products directly, and also can be used in drugs. The study was formed by Citrate, Malate and Calcium Carbonate as the key raw material, studied the synthesis technology of CCM, analyzed initiatory the crystal form and construction, also tested the high absorption availability through animal experiment, studied the application of CCM in high calcium milk and high calcium orange juice. The main results were as follows:1 Determination of the best synthesize program of CCM The solubility of CCM was affected by the reaction time, the reaction temperature, the reaction proportion, the sequence of throwing material and imbitition quantity. In this thesis, through using single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, the best synthesize program of CCM was determined as the reaction ratio of calcium carbonate, citric acid , malice acid to be 8︰2︰5, the temperature 50℃, the time 2h, the ratio of imbitition quantity and the quality of all raw materials was 12︰1, the solution of citric acid and malice acid is added into the calcium carbonate.2 The study on the superficial syndrome of CCM Through using the XRD,SEM to analyzing the crystal form, the CCM could be found six square. The IR atlas of sample product, the oxygen atom could be found in carboxylic acid radical of CCM becoming complexation with calcium.And there was Ca-O stretching vibration absorption peak in 547.97cm-1. Compared the IR atlas of sample product CCM with calcium citrate and calcium malate, CCM was not composed of calcium citrate and calcium malate.3 The study on absorption availability of the calcium in CCM Through comparing the calcium absorption availability of CCM and calcium carbonate on body weight, femoral bone, calcium absorptivity, obviously, the calcium absorption availability of different dosage level CCM was higher than the Calcium Carbonate. The conclusion explained CCM was a good calcium nutrition additive, and it had higher absorption availability. If other nutriment was supplied sufficiently, CCM could supply the calcium effectively.4 The application of CCM in high calcium milk and high calcium orange juice The thesis studied the effect of CCM on high calcium milk and high calcium orange juice.The high calcium milk had good stability when the calcium quantity of CCM was 120mg/100mL; The high calcium orange juice didn't produce sediment and had intrinsical flavour of orange juice when using CCM as calcium source of high calcium orange juice.CCM is a new nutrition additive which has higher solubleness and good taste. CCM is a better calcium nutrition additive because it could not affect the intrinsically flavor and quality, so CCM has widely application perspective in foods industry.
