Heavy metal contaminated is a main complication of severe environmental problem, This article mainly take the Kuitun reclamation area of Xinjiang as an example, 201 soil samples, 87plant samples and 29 water samples are taken from three state farms in Kuitun reclamation area of Xinjiang by using grid sampling method, and the geo-statistical method and GIS technology are used to analyze the testing data. The purpose is found out the characters of soil heavy metal contaminated, and the different plant tolerance and enrichment to the heavy metal. Through systemic sampling analysis and investigation study, the main conclusions are as follows:1.In Kuitun reclamation area, the content scope of As,Pb,Cd,Cu,Cr and Ni in 0-20cm soil is respectively 10.31-33.99mg/kg, 20.15-53.05mg/kg, 2.15-11.44mg/kg, 15.29-43.78mg/kg, 40.13-111.29 mg/kg,22.83-49.75mg/kg; The mean value is respectively 20.21mg/kg, 35.91mg/kg, 3.97mg/kg, 27.18 mg/kg, 77.02mg/kg, 39.31mg/kg, the mean value is higher than the national average level. The content of As exceeding the provided standard rate is 20.90%; The content of Cd exceeding the provided standard rate is 100%; Pb, Cu, Cr, and Ni has not exceeded the standard in the 0-20cm soil.2.Six kinds of heavy metal content coefficients of variation order is: Cd>As>Cu>Cr>Pb>Ni, The coefficient of variation ranges between 0.28-0.15, belongs to the medium variation, There is prominently significant correlation among Cu-Cr, Ni-Pb, Ni-Cu, and Ni-Cr in soil, indicated between them the homology is very high, As and Pb, Cu also have low correlation, but Cd no relationship with other heavy metals, indicated its accumulation is unique.3. The heavy metal contents are different at same test point in different depth soil, the change of content is not unified in different depth, as a whole, the content of As, Cd, Cr, the Ni in the soil raised along with the soil depth increased; But the content of Pb reduced along with the soil depth increased; The highest content of Cu is in the soil of 20-40cm.4.In the plant of hungriness, the Zygophyllaceae has stronger ability transferring heavy metal from root to shoot. Phragmites and Scirpus L have strong tolerance to As,Cd,Cr,Ni, which gather heavy metals with root, but TF less than1; The Cd TF and Cd BF of Salsola are all beyond 1, The Cu TF and Cu BF of Phragmites and Scirpus are all beyond 1 too, if Salsola,Phragmites and Scirpus are hyperaccumulators need further research its poison tolerance for heavy metal.5. The content of Ni has beyond the ordinary plant content (1mg/kg) in the cotton, other content of heavy metal are in normal scope. The content of As in cotton show that root > stem > leaf; other content of heavy metal all display for leaf > stem > root.6. In Kuitun reclamation area the content of As exceeding the provided standard rate is 58.62% in water, in which irrigation water has not exceeded the standard, artesian water exceeding the standard is serious; Pb pollution is very severe in drainage canal at No.127 State Farm; there are 66.67% irrigation water the content of Cd has beyound the agricultural irrigation request, 33.33% has achieved serious pollution; the content of Cu, Cr and the Ni have not exceeded the standard, drainage canal higher than acequia, artesian water is lower.7. There is prominently significant correlation among Cd,Pb,Cu,Cr and Ni in water, but As no relationship with other heavy metals, indicated its unique accumulation.
