Coal is the most important energy in China, accounting for about 74% of the total primary energy. The development of the national economy plays an important role. Huainan coal mining has a long history, known as the "East Industrial granary ". As coal mining activities, land subsidence caused severe damage to the ecological balance. Therefore Cultivated Area decreasing, the quality of land resources declining, crops can not grow, animals died or move, microorganisms loss, sustainable economic development in the region have an impact.Based on the analysis, concluded the relevant literature at home and abroad, select three areas as a typical representative of the regional study area at the Huainan mining area. It is Datong wetland ecological regions, Xinzhuangzi mine reclamation-area and Panyi mine reclamation-area. Through survey circumstances surrounding the study area to determine the reclamation area in three soil samples collected in the range. There are 240 soil samples be collected from three reclamation-areas. On soil samples in the laboratory determination include pH, water content, bulk density, porosity, organic matter, available potassium, available phosphorus, water soluble salt, CEC. Using statistical software spss13.0 and mapping software Surfer8.0 were analyzed by descriptive analysis of fertility indicators for the soil samples of three reclamation area. Attribute recognition model based on entropy weight was used to the soil fertility evaluation in three reclamation-areas, including the organic matter, available potassium, available phosphorus, pH.Results indicated that the grade of soil fertility is about 97% of middle and poor grade in three soil reclamation areas. Therefore rational fertilization is based on different kinds of plants.1. Water content is overall suitable for crop growth between 6%-9%. Water content of surface soil is generally higher than in the subsoil.2. Bulk density of plough horizon of soil is between 1.05-1.35g/cm3,and bulk density of subsoil is between 1.35-1.55 g/cm.The other reclamation-area bulk density of surface soil is higher than subsoil, besides Datong wetland ecological regions.3.Except the pH value of gangue bare area and metasequoia forest show acidic, the other samples pH value are greater than 7, weakly alkaline.4. Datong wetland ecological regions soil soluble salt content is moderate, and Xinzhuangzi saline alkali is high, Panyi is low.5. The three reclamation areas are in the lack of organic matter content.6. Datong is the lack of available potassium status, and Xinzhuangzi and Panyi are in medium level.7. Available phosphorus content of Datong and Xinzhuangzi are in medium level, and available phosphorus content of Panyi is deficiency.8. Preserving fertilizer ability of Datong and Panyi is weakly, and Xinzhuangzi is in medium level. Attribute recognition model based on entropy weight is used to evaluate the soil fertility, and decrease the affection of subjective factors to a great extent. Evaluation results are intuitive and practical, and can provide immediate scientific basis for soil improvement and agricultural industry adjustment.Figure [12] table [12] reference [52]...
