The paper contains a kind of wireless temperature acquisition system, designed by receiving and dispatching chip PTR2000 and applied in explosives transportation. The paper explains the designing approach,method,procedure,provides the concrete scheme and gives the specified system software and hardware constitution.During the designing procedure,Five parts divided by system according to functional structure,they are model design, hardware design, software design,anti-jamming design and system debug. In which system overall frame realized by system model design , circuit design accomplished by hardware design,including temperature data acquisition circuit, data receiving, dispatching partial circuit and temperature display partial circuit. Data wireless transmission realized by software design,including temperature data acquisition, sending, receiving and display. System performance optimized by anti-jamming design, guarantees data transmission reliability and accuracy,including hardware anti-jamming and software anti-jamming. Actual feasibility guaranteed by system debugging.The system final achievements are two gathering equipments, small volume and not external power supply. Temperature acquisition and real-time display function realized by laid aside both sides. Temperature monitoring realized in explosives transportation, safety enhanced. Simultaneously the equipment has strong probability, may be applied in more wireless test domain.
