Quality is the life of products? The welding quality of product is crucial to the quality of the product. Especially in the boiler manufacturing industry, the welding parameters which is directly related to welding quality are crucial to the welding quality of the boiler. Therefore, the realization of monitoring and controlling of boiler welding parameters is especially important to improve the quality of the products. At present in the field of welding, with the widely application of the digital welding machines, the digital welding machines realize real-time monitoring and control of the product welding working state, improve the welding production process automation and information management level, and greatly improve the quality of the production of boiler. But it is only for the entire workshop overall upgrade of simulated welder to digital welder. In many cases, the welding machines of the workshop due to the service life and the limitation of working conditions, resulted in the different of the update frequency of the welding machine, in the workshop there are a large number of and may be a wide variety of welding machine, for example OTC, PANASONIC, FRONIUS, AOTAI, etc. And the welder welding parameters monitoring becomes especially important.Cable transmission way is commonly used in traditional industrial monitoring, in the field of the welding industry, it makes the system maintenance is very difficult because of bad environment or human factors caused the traditional cumbersome wiring construction, many insurmountable problem such as line fault frequently.With the development of wireless communication and sensor technology, the advantage of industrial monitoring and control which applies the wireless sensor network (WSN) has become increasingly obvious. Advanced wireless sensor technology is applied to the welding production line, that can real-time monitor the status of the welding machine and reduce the wiring problems at the same time.In light of the present condition of the welding machine industry monitoring, this paper designs a welding machine general data acquisition system based on MSP430 single chip microcomputer, using the wireless sensor network (WSN) instead of traditional cable data transmission scheme, to implement the real-time monitoring the working state of the simulated welding machine.The main content of this paper includes the welding machine general data acquisition system hardware design, software design, server design, the analysis and design of the digital filter and system debugging, and implements the welding machine general data acquisition system with a fully functional and reliable performance.The first part is the welder common data acquisition system overall design. This part introduces the overall design scheme of general data acquisition system with the wireless sensor network (WSN) Based on independent research and development of Jinan Precise Communications technology co., LTD.The second part is the general welding machine data acquisition system hardware design. This part introduces the MSP430F5438 collector as the core controller, temperature and the base station hardware circuit design based on the chip selection, characteristics and chip peripheral circuit design, including single chip microcomputer minimum system module, power supply module, serial communication module, real time clock module, sensor interface module, temperature acquisition module, alarm lamp module, indicator light module, IC card and SD card recorder module.The third part is the general welding machine data acquisition system software design. System software design is based on the FreeRTOS real-time operating system, using the real-time operating system FreeRTOS multitasking mechanism which can development each function module effectively, synchronous operation, simplify the software design and shorten the development cycle. System software design includes the controller software design, the temperature collector software design, SD card recorder software design, software design of base station and design of digital filter.Finally, this paper uses the existing experimental conditions to debug and validate the working reliability and stability of hardware platform and software platform, and applies the system to the actual site, uses the PC data acquisition system software to test the system with the whole function. Test results show that the design of the welder common data acquisition system based on wireless network can realize real-time monitoring and control for the simulated welding machine, and meet the design requirements of the system.
