The present development of the explosive of thinning and particle gradation both hereand abroad is summarized in the paper. Through the analysis and study of the recrystallizationtheory, offer theory instruction for the study of this paper. The explosive HNS isrecrystallization to different particle size and graded simultaneously by solvent anti-solventmethod in the same system. Using DMF as solvent, H2O as anti-solvent, by means of changethe four influencing factor: solution temperature, solution concentration, mixing speed anddrop speed, the relation between the factor and particle size and size distribution of HNS isstudied, finally the opertimal condition of grading two different particle size (1μm~2μm,10μm ~15μm) and which influencing factor is the major is determined, and analyzed in theory. Its main contents as follows:1. Through the experimental study on thinning HNS by solvent anti-solventrecrystallization method, the influence of the factor on HNS particle size and crustalform is analyzed in theory.2. Finding the experimental program of the particle gradation of HNS in one process.3. Through orthogonal experiment, the major effecting factor is determined.4. Using the polarizing microscope and scanning electron microscope observing theexperimental sample, and study the factor of the gradation HNS.5. Through the condition optimization experiment , the opertimal experimental conditionis determined and analyzed in theory.Much content is exploratory investigation in the paper, through changing the experimental condition , it is possible that get the ideal gradation of HNS is proved. In thepaper, some findings have guiding significance in the explosive particle gradationtechnology.
