The article studied the method of technics that extract the total flavone from the Fagopyrum tataricum hulls, purified the extracted total flavone and determined the main monomer's component at the same time.(1) contrast the extracted method by ultrasonic and microwave in the research of extracting the total flavone from the Fagopyrum tataricum hulls.The results showed that the effect of microwave extraction method was excelled the former. And studied the main factors such as solvent kinds, concentration, extraction course, temperature, pH and ratio of solid to liquid that affect extraction by orthogonality experiment and acquired the optimized extraction condition.The results showed that microwave extraction with ethanol was obviously excelled than any other technique.The extraction ratio of flavone reached over 2.90%.Compared to the literature method,the extraction ratio increased obviously. Compared to the ultrasonic method, the time of extraction shortened a half.(2) In the purification research of total flavone from the extraction liquid, we filtrated and ascertained the macroporous resins- D101 to separate and purify the total flavone from the Fagopyrum tataricum hulls and studied the adsorption and desorption condition of the macroporous.The results showed that D101 had better adsorption- desorption and purification effect. Maximal adsorption capacity is 13.1 mg/mL and desorption ratio is 97.71%.(3) Separated and determined the different monomer of total flavone from Fagopyrum tataricum hulls by HPLC-MS.The results showed that Fagopyrum tataricum hulls contained the flavone compounds such as rutin, quercetin, myricetin etc and affirmed by MS.The article studied the Fagopyrum tataricum hulls.The conclusion would provide theoretical basis for the industry to empolder and utilize the resource cosmically and at the same time would provide beneficial reference to manufacture Fagopyrum tataricum hulls.
