Join the variety of the organic or in organic, liquid or solids additive in the foun- -dation oil can raise the comprehensive lubrication function of the lubricant, is one of the imperial worn most valid paths to reduce friction.Along with the technical and qu- -ick development of the nanoscience, especially rapid l progress of the microstructur- -al improvement, the miniature apparatus, high-speed Magnetic Recordtechnique, and the request of the low noise, low wear, high automation machine, make the research of the nano lubricating to become inevitable.The nano antiwear additive has become one of hots of the compound material research realm recently.Nanoparticles were synthesized in a solution of water-ethanol with piperazine, H4SiMo12O40 and 1,3,4-thiadiazole derivetion, The structure and constitute of nanopa- -rticles was characterized by transmission electron microscope (TEM), scanning elec- -tron microscope (SEM), X-ray powder diffractometer (XRD), Fourier transform inf- -rared spectrometer (FT-IR), UV-Visible spectrophotometer (UV), thermal analyzer (TG-DTA), etc., and the tribological properties as additive in liquid paraffin were investigated with a four-ball tribometer, Main conclusion of this study is as follows:1. 2-alkylthio-5-mercapto-1,3,4-thiodiazole were synthesized, The synthesized compounds were confirmed by IR,UV and 1HNMR. And Keggin Siliconmolybdate Nanoparticles were synthesized with these compands as modification agent by Ag[â… ] Chemical Bonding between Modifier and Oxygen on the Surface of Keggin Silicon- -molybdate2. In the system of in a solution of water-ethanol, the total surface free energy of nanosystem is reduced because of the organic shell that is fashioned on the surface of nanoparticals, the accumulation of nanoparticals was obstructted and the The particles size were limited for the organic shell, concurrently. As the result,The particles size were about 20 nm, and the solubility and stability of the nanoparticals in oil are increase.3. The nanoparticals were synthesized can significant improve Friction Properti- -es of Lubricating Oil , its antiwear mechanism may be Rolling Mechanism;While its frictional mechanism was supported by XPS: The analysis of the worn surfaces indic- tes that a boundary lubricating film consisting of physically adsorbing film formated by nanoparticals containing heterocyclic compound and tribochemically reaction film was generated during the friction process, This contributes to improve the tribological properties of the additives in Lubricating Oil.
