The Analysis & Design Of The Management-simulation System Of NR Enterprises In Hainan

As a state-owned enterprise, Hainan State Farms had more than 50 years history to mainly embark natural rubber production. Since the natural rubber production of Hainan State Farms was growing in under the national long-term support and the planned economy system as well as other state-owned enterprise. Along with market economy system established and consummated, NR corporation of Hainan State Farms exposes a series of the system'question which doesn't adapt with the market economy, such as the product cost excessively is high, lacks the international competitive power and so on.This dissertation attempts to investigate historical background of Hainan State Farms and the present situation of embarks Hainan State Farms, and analyzes the questions about production, management and operation of NR by practice and theory. The dissertation considers production, management and operation of Nr and project of decision-making are mainly relying on authority's instructional order and superintendent's empirical decision-making. They lacks the rubber production management the quantitative analysis support. With organizational reform of corporation of NR and the government taking highly to NR, it is important task and nuclear work how to strengthen the effective disposition on the resources in the rubber production and management process; to distribute the quantity ,cost and interest, or the rationality of investment and the income.The first key of NR enterprise's economic analysis and the appraisal work is the analysis method's determination. the technical economic analysis and the appraisal are the important contents to carry on the macro-scientific policy-making. According to managed level and the concrete characteristic NR's enterprises, break-even analysis which we choice is one simple and practical method.This dissertation mainly researches application of balance-even analysis method in the rubber production, management and operation in theory and practice, and constructs NRDSS. Based on the modern management theory and computer technology, NRDSS which studies various factors about the NR production and management (for example, rubber price, production cost, investment and so on) open out various essential factors to affect the NR production, management and operation, which used the application balance-even analysis model and through the human - machine conversational mode to realize massive quantitative analysis work. NRDSS will be helpful the supervisor to achieve rubber enterprise's scientific management and the decision-making with own practical experience and the support of NRDSS.
