In the present thesis,synthesize a molecular imprinting polymer with Nicosulfuron as template.The better experimental synthesis condition was obtained by busing orthogonal experimental design.Influencing factors on preparation of Nicosulfuron comprise templates dosage,function monomer, dispersant agent and dispersant agent dosage.This provides the basis of optimal experimental synthesis condition,the preparation technology were amplified.After evaluation,the main experimental results are as follows.1.Through the evaluation of the three factors quality yield,diameter and adsorption percentages of sixteen polymers,the optimal reaction condition were as follows:polyvinyl alcohol as dispersants,its dosage was 5.5g, template molecular was 1.5mmol and MAA as functional monomer.On the basic of the optimal reaction condition,the twice MIP,fourfold MIP,sextuple MIP,octuple MIP,decuple MIP were prepared.2.Scatchard analysis showed that the MIP recognized template with two classes of binding sites.The data obtained in equilibrium adsorption experiments were processed by Scatchard analysis,the dissociation contents (KD1)and the apparent maximum binding capacity(Qmax1)were KD1 =11.11μmolL-1,Qmax1= 655.6μmolg-1for high affinity binding sites and KD2 =0.45μmolL-1,Bmax2=35.9μmolg-1for low affinity binding sites,respectively. Selective adsorption experiment results show that every group MIP have showed higher affinity to nicosulfuron,compared with blank polymer, displays a good selectivity.They also showed high adsorbability for chlorimuron-ethyl with other analogues.But for non-analogues amide herbicides alachlor,little adsorbability was investigated.3.As the filler of solid phase extraction,as the filler of solid phase extraction,the MIP were get into solid phase extraction column.Its application was evaluated.The experimental results indicate that:the extracts of soil and rice can be effectively removed by MISPE,a high degree of clean up and acceptable recoveries was obtained.The developed MISPE procedures allowed the screening of selected herbcides in samples.The application of MISPE in pre-treatment of sulfonylurea herbcides was further developed in the thesis,and provided a new way in samples analysis and detection.
