This paper Studies Ca2+activation on the Enzymatic Degumming of Ramie and the Techniques of Ramie high count yarn Stretch-breaking Process.It does a more detailed study on the enzymatic degumming and Ca2+activation on the Enzymatic Degumming of Ramie,then manufactured Ramie 65 metrical count which uses Ramie fiber that Ca2+activation on the Enzymatic Degumming and Stretch-breaking technology.This process Provides reference to actual production.First of all,the paper give a detailed introduction of Ramie,Ramie Degumming enzymes,other relevant theory and so on.Secondly,this paper choose three factors:enzyme concentration(pectase /hemicellulase),temperature,time which have notable impact on Ramie enzymatic degumming as three experimental factors.By useing orthogonal design,this experimentation gets optimum conditions and Performance indicators of Ramie fiber that without Ca2+activation on the Enzymatic Degumming.The experimentation shows that when pectase/Hemicellulase concentration is 12/4 mg·ml-1,time is 4h, temperature is 50℃,experimental result is better:residual gum content is 3.9%,breaking strength is 60.2CN,fiber length is 96mm.Furthermore,at above experimental conditions:pectase/ Hemicellulase concentration is 12/4 mg·ml-1,time is 4h,temperature is 50℃,we do the experimentation:Ca2+activation on the Enzymatic Degumming by using Box-Behnken design,choose Ca2+Concentration,PH Value and aeration rate as experimental factors.This experimental results compared with that of the experimentation without Ca2+activation on the Enzymatic Degumming.This experimentation shows that:The experimental results of Ca2+activation on the Enzymatic Degumming are very good,residual gum content is 1.96%,breaking strength is 64.5CN,fiber length is 101mm.compared with the above experimentation: Increases range of residual gum content is 49.7%,Increases range of breaking strength is 7.1%,Increases range of fiber length is 5.3%.Finally,Use the fiber and stretch breaking Technology,we made 65 metric count Ramie yarn,its single strand breaking strength(CN / tex)is 16.5,Ma tablets(a / 400m) 20,Single-strong CV(%)20.Weight CV(%)3.5 weight deviations(%)of±2.5, product quality or meet relevant national indicators.
