This paper tests two of the activity of the Enzyme which contains Ca2+ and not. We found that the activity of the enzyme with Ca2+ was higher, and degumminged after the fiber performance testing found: fiber-Density, breaking strength, white, residue, and other aspects of the performance has greatly improved. Finally, we tested the characterization of ramie fiber before and after the degumming through a number of modern means and revealed a Ca2+ activation of the enzyme degumming Mechanism for the enzyme degumming provide a theoretical basis.First of all, in the orthogonal test on the basis that Ca2+ concentration, temperature, complex biological enzyme (pectinase/semi-cellulose/laccase) concentration and complex enzyme degumming time for the trial of the establishment of 4-3 Orthogonal draw: pectinase/semi-cellulose/Laccase concentration from 12/4/3mg·ml-1, temperature of 50℃ , the reaction time was 4h, Ca2+ concentration from 4.5g/ L, unglued after the breaking strength of ramie fiber 3.72 cN/dtex, Fiber line density of 5.32dtex, glue residue rate of 2.45 percent, better than complex enzyme degumminged after the fiber performance, thereby demonstrating Ca2+-activated enzyme retting effective.Secondly, through the combination of biological and Ca2 + activation of the activity of enzymes degumminged after the test showed that the application of Ca2 + degumminged after the activation of the enzyme on the activity remained high, and activity of longer duration.Once again, through the camera, scanning electron microscopy, infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, and thermal analysis of the degumminged before and after the fiber for testing and analysis showed that: Ca2+'s accession to activate the enzyme part of the group and improve the catalytic effect, effective to improve the effectiveness of the degumming; Ca2+ activated enzyme ramie after the degumminged fiber surface is smooth, shiny surface, and silk fibers and the low rate, the low rate of residual glue, an increase of the crystallization of fiber, breaking strength increased. Ca2+-activated enzyme the initial modulus of ramie fiber after the degumminged is increasing, but breaking elongation of the decline to a certain extent.Finally, Ca2+'s accession to produce the enzyme activation may be due to Ca2+ and the reaction of the substrate in a combination of the hydrolysis reaction is conducive towards the direction of hydrolysis, Ca2+ to join some of the enzyme The group has activated, thus increasing the activity of enzymes to improve the effect of fiber degumminged.
