the supply of precious timber reduceing gradually, the plantation wood were improved by the dye technology so that to imitate the precious wood, thus make up the inferiority of the plantation. The rapid speed development of wood flooring industry bring forward higher request for the wear-resisting performance of wood flooring. The current development and trendency of the wood dyeing and the wood-based panel abrasion resistance aspect have been summarized in this paper. At the same time, the themes has done a series of research for the veneer dyeing, the dyeing veneer decorating plywood and its abrasion resistance property according to the actual situation.In dyeing experiment, the heat steam process of wood dyeing was discussed based on experiment using orthogonal design(L34) under atmospheric pressure in order to research the dyeing The results showed that temperature of dyeing solution was the most effective factor to dyeing and color fastness whereas concentration of dyeing solution and dyeing time is not changed,. The fixing agent has a certain influence on dyeing effect, but PH value and level dyeing agent not remarkable. After analysis,the optimal process of dyeing technology was concluded and the parameter as follow: concentration of dyeing solution was 1%,dyeing time was 2 hours, temperature was 80℃, PH value was 6, concentration of the level dyeing agent was 1%, concentration of the fixing agent was 1%In pressing experiment ,dyeing plywood technology using the soy adhesive experiment, under the optimal technology condition to make made 9-layer plywood when temperature was 160℃, pressure was 1.6MPa, hot-pressing time was 80s/mm, spread amount of gule was 720 g/m2(two side), and measure its basic properties of veneer, the results showed that moisture content was from 5% to 7%, MOE was from 7300MPa to 7500MPa, MOR was from 80MPa to 100MPa, compression ratio was about 30%,the phenomenon of gule delamination not be found, the property of dyeing veneer can meet the standard of parquet(GB/T 18103—2000). Soy adhesive would be widely using in plywood and parquet area because of itself environmental protection property.There have two different methods used in abrasion resistance experiment, one is decorating antifriction paper and the other is spreading MF which be modified by minute powder. In decorating antifriction paper experiment, The results showed that the optimal technology was pressure was 2MPa, time was 30 seconds, temperature was 150℃, can reach the excellent effect. Measure its surface antifriction capability; it can reach above 5600 revolution. In Spreading MF antifriction experiment, the results showed that with the increase of content of power, the antifriction capability is increase too. When the content of SiO2 is 12%, the Abrasion value is below 0.052g/100r. When the content of Al2O3 is 15%, the Abrasion value is below 0.025g/100r.
