| In this paper, Synthesis processes of four new Polyoxometalates supramolecular compounds containing biology molecular, such as Moroxydine, Hydrochloride and 2-amino-5-fluoro-4-pyrimidinol ect are introduced, and three crystal structures of the compound are exposed.The molecular formulas of three compounds are listed as following:1,(C6H14N5O)2(C6H15N5O)2[TeMo6O24]·4H2O2,(C6H15N5O)3[TeW6O24]·10H2O3,Na3[(C4FN3OH5)3(C4FN3OH4)3][TeMo6O24]·8H2OThe three corresponding crystal structure of this three compounds are reported: (C6H14N5O)2(C6H15N5O)2[TeMo6O24]·4H2O: It crystallizes in monoclinic crystal system with space group P2(1)/n ,in this structure, a = 15.722(3) A, b = 9.2364(18) A, c = 19.256(4) A,β=94.67(3)°, V=2787.0(10) A3, F(000) = 1820. The Anderson-type heteropolyanions [TeM o6O24]6- retain their skeleton and the ABOB organic molecules are protonated throughout the reaction. Electrostatic forces and hydrogen bonding interactions between the [TeMo6O24]6- anions, H2O and protonated ABOB molecules result in its three-dimensional supramolecular structure.(C 6H15N5O)3[TeW6O24]·10H2O: It crystallizes in Triclinic crystal system with space group P1, in this structure, a = 13.073(3) A,b = 13.154(3) A,c = 17.881(4) A,β= 93.18(3)°,V=2618.3(9) A3,F(000) = 2120. This compound is composed of separated [TeMo6O24]6-, protonated Moroxydine and lattice water molecules. The three-dimensional supramolecular structure is formed by electrostatic forces and hydrogen bonding interactions between these components.Na3[(C4FN3OH5)3(C4FN3OH4)3][TeMo6O24]·8H2O: It crystallizes in Triclinic crystal system with space group P1,in this structure, a = 11.0691(10) A, b = 11.4899(10) A, c=13.5807(12) A,β= 66.2530(10)°, V = 1433.4(2) A3, F(000) = 989. This compound is composed of separated [TeM 6O24]6-, protonated and non-protonated 2-amino-5-fluoro-4-pyrimidinol, lattice water molecules and Na cation. The three-dimensional supramolecular structure is formed by electrostatic forces and hydrogen bonding interactions between these components. Three compounds have been characterized by element analysis, infrared spectrum and DTA-TG analysis. |
