The research of the conductive composite of macromolecule is intensifying constantly in recent years; a lot of products have already tested industrialization.This Experiment prepare conductive composite with high density polyethylene (HDPE), ethylene - acetic acid ethylene copolymer (EVA), polypropylene (PP), natural rubber (NR) as the matrices, ethyne carbon black and conductive carbon black (carbon black) as filling. Having measured the resistivity, the speed of flowing, the degree of crystallinity, relation between electric performance and temperature of composite described above at the same time. And utilize the Scanning Electron Microscope and Transmission Electron Microscope's picture to observe the carbon black distribution in the composite. Have discussed the factor influencing conductive performance of composite: base material, conductive filling and preparation method.Find, HDPE/CB composite taking HDPE as base material has good electric conductivity through studying, the minimum Volume resistivity can be in order to reach 3Ω·cm. The resistivity of material increased by the increasing of EVA, meanwhile, melt flow rate of material increased. The material's performance can reach the tradeoff between processing and conductive performance when EVA content is between 37.5% and 50%. The resistivity of HDPE/CB composite has unstability, with the voltage and time of increased the resistivity of the composite drops. Can find out, CB exists in the resin in the form of group and most of CB was dispersed in HDPE mainly according to the Electron Microscope'spictures.Finally, article discussed HDPE/CB composite in welding application, Including possibility and disadvantage.
