It is found that the rank to catalyzeolefin isomerization of those zeolites was HITQ-2>Hβ>HMCM-36>HMCM-22>HZSM-5. Under the same condition, the isomerization ability ofthose zeolites was evaluated by fixed-bed microreactor. The results show thatHβzeolite exhibits excellent catalytic activity for n-hexene isomerization, with the yield of isomerization product reaching 49.6%.Nanosize HMCM-49 zeolite was prepared. The n-hexene isomerizationover different HMCM-49 had been investigated in a fixed-bed microreactor. Itis found that, nanosize zeolite shows higher catalyzing activity for n-hexeneisomerization and higher total yield of isomerization product than micrometerzeolite. However, the activity to catalyze olefin isomerization of NanosizeHMCM-49 is inferior to that of Hβzeolite. Hβzeolites with different Si/Al ratio were prepared and investigated in thefixed-bed microreactor. It is found that, Hβzeolite with Si/Al ratio of 30exhibits higer catalytic activity for isomerization. After hydrothermal treatededat 800℃for, Hβzeolite maintain excellent stability and catalytic activity forn-hexene isomerization.Though Hβshows excellent isomerization ability, the yield of propene islow in our research, in order to increase the propene yield, HMOR-βwasprapared. The result shows that the catalytic stability of HMOR-βis prior toHβzeolitewith the yield of propene increasese sharply.
