Research About The Atmosphere Discharge Of Contamination From Coke Oven And Cleaner Production

With the exploitation of coal resource in the west of Inner Mongolia, the continuative industries of coal exploitation is gradually developing, including coking industry. The coking industry has been the mainstay industry in some area in the west of Inner Mongolia, but the pollution of the coking industry is very serious also. The coking industry can take huge benefit for the people in the west of Inner Mongolia, meanwhile the coking industry cause menace for the local environmental quality also. In order to the development of coke oven according to the national industrial policy and the requirement of building harmonious society and the harmonious development between local social economy and environmental protection, the discharge of atmosphere contatimation from traditional coke oven and no recovery coke oven is compared and the two types of coke oven is compared from technics, environment and economy on the basis of the background value of atmosphere contatimation from medivel coke oven in the article. Therefore the technics that is fit for the Inner Mongolia is recommended in order that the coking industry of Inner Mongolia can be sustainable development.Cleaner production is the material embodiment of sustainable development from passive end-of-pipe pollution control to all process control. In the article, the atmosphere contatimations produced from coke oven are researched and the technics of cleaner production is analysed. Meanwhile the tamping technics as case of cleaner production is analysed.
