So that it is very difficult to ensurethat the system will be tested and controlled well and communication between each other isunavailable. The method about transport coke out from coke oven by industrial vehiclescompiled by manpower. The disadvantage of this kind of method is that it is of low efficiencyand very easy to make mistake. All these problems will affect the safe operation of fourindustrial vehicles in coking production and restrict the efficiency improvement of coke ovenoperation, even cause misoperation and make coke pushing rod scrape g furnace wall duringthe process of coke pushing,. Therefore, it will reduce the service life of the coke oven; ifpushing coke is carried out before alignment, it will make hot cole fall down to ground andcause serious accident.Therefore, application and study for harmonious and efficient security operation of fourindustrial vehicles cart during coke production has become the main topic for study incoking industry. It is of significance to secure the safety production and improve theautomatic management for coke oven. So that it can improve production efficiency ofcoking plant and economic benefits.The United States, Europe, Japan and other majordeveloped countries have already made great achievement in the coking productionautomatization and realized automatic identification of coke oven number and automaticalignment of coke pusher and coke block machine from1980s to1990s. In recent years, partof coking plant in domestic have already import or are importing automatic identification andautomatic alignment system, such as Shandong, Yunnan, Kunming coking plant.. However,The price of the foreign technology and equipment is often very high, the domestic cokingproduction process and operating method is different from that of foreign country.Furthermore, the major technology is often controlled by the foreigner, which makesmaintenance become difficult. In response to this kind of phenomenon, SG Company coking plant will be taken asexample in this paper.This company analyzes technological process of transporting coke outfrom coke oven by industrial vehicle and probes into the critical factors during the process oftransporting coke to determine the index for all the items during preparing the method abouttransporting coke and applies new concept and new technology such as industry andengineering management as well as industrial automation. Combining their own situation, thecompany applied a set of management system that is suitable to the actual productionprocedure, which can solve the issue of arrangement of the program of coal pushing andloading as well as recording of operation parameter and provides reliable situ data, which is ofgreat significance to solve the problem of manipulation of coke oven pushing, improvementof operation of coke oven and furnace, coke oven protection, pre-observation andpre-maintenance of coke oven as well as prolonging its service life.
