The Study On The Issue Of Harnessing Wuliangsu Lake By Internatianal Co-Operation

Since industrial revolution, environment has been polluted seriously with economical rapid development. The whole characteristic and the common characteristic of environment problem make different countries and areas co-operate to control environmental pollution. Wuliangsu Lake is famous for migrating's and breeding's place of birds, It is a rare plant type lake with the living creature variety and environmental various functions in desert and semi-desert area in the world. With industrial and agricultural development in Wuliangsu Lake area, Wuliangsu Lake has been polluted seriously, the living creature variety has been threatened. Because of that, China, Sweden, Norway began to hamess Wuliangsu Lake by "co-operation. Their total aim is "keep the lake as a real lake. "This paper will study some. experiences and lessons during international co-operation by methods of micro-macro analysis,comparing analysis,theory analysis and realistic investigation. During international cooperation, helped coun. try got funds and technologies. Some measures and proposals were put forward for harnessing Wuliangsu Lake. But we must know: slow progress of international environmental co-operation influenced co-operative development of Wuliangsu Lake; Favoured country shouldn't consider getting a project as an aim; Environment protection needs more technologies, better harnessing ways; For better environment, we need participation of public and non-government organization; We must pay great attention to supervising co-operative course; The action of environment protection shouldn't be neglected. To. ensure the international environmental co-operation to be finished smoothly, every side and government must formulate a policy and implement it strictly.
