The technological breakthroughs in the information technology revolution that began in the 1990 s led to a reduction in communication costs and an increase in the speed of information transmission. The technological breakthroughs made the information transmission become easier for multinational companies to integrate resources on a global scale, this has further promoted the trend of economic globalization. As the main body of international trade, multinational corporations have gradually diversified their internationalization methods under this trend, and the steps of internationalization have been accelerating.Since the beginning of its establishment, multinational companies have begun to appear as a “born global” company that utilizes resources from multiple countries and sells products to multiple countries and continuously expands its competitive advantage in the process of international trade.Since the traditional internationalization theory cannot explain the phenomenon of "born global",the theory of "born global" has gradually attracted the attention of scholars from all over the world. These studies have accumulated rich theoretical results in this field.Henan Rebecca Hair Products Co.,Ltd.as a example of “born global” enterprise in China, has certain special characteristics. It has developed from a lowend processing manufacturing enterprise engaged in OEM production to a leading company in the Chinese hair products industry and successfully listed. In order to explore the factors influencing the international operation of Rebecca and the key factors determining its successful development,I decided to propose research propositions from the perspectives of entrepreneurship, social relationship network and resource integration, and to verify the research proposition through case analysis of Rebecca.I interviewed Rebecca's top management and analyzed Rebecca combining public materials and personal observations. In my opinion, historical reasons, product characteristics/market opportunities, entrepreneurship, market environment, government factors, social networks and resource integration capabilities will affect Rebecca's international operation. Then I divide the above factors into two parts: internal factors and external factors.Because external factors are objective facts, they will affect every enterprise or entrepreneur in the market at the same time;Internal factors are the real key to the success of the international operation of “born global” enterprises. After expounding and analyzing the importance of internal factors, the research propositions were also directly verified.Entrepreneurship guides companies to make correct international operation decisions. With the development of enterprise, the type of entrepreneurship is constantly changing from individual entrepreneurship to corporate entrepreneurship, then to social entrepreneurship. The social relationship network provides information resources for enterprises. The ability to integrate resources is to integrate the existing resources of the enterprise and the resources acquired during the development process. The ability to integrate resources will be linked to entrepreneurship and social network, and the effective integration will bring new competitive advantages to enterprises.
