The researchcontents include: getting high degree of grafting ratio compatibilizer;preparing the good dispersion HDPE/Polycarbonate/compatibilizer/montmorillonite nanocomposites; testing the materials properties(mechanical property,rheological property,permeability,themo-propertyetc).The research shows that: by adding the high degree of grafting ratiocompatibilizer into the HDPE/PC/MMT composites, it can improve thecompatibilization and the synthetical properties. Long chain quaternary ammonium salts can make the organo-montmorillonite dispersed in thecomposites in nano-dimension. The organo-montmorillonite can beviewed as compatibilizer, which has synergism compatibilization with thecompatibilizer. Adding 2 phr organo-montmorillonite into the HDPE/PCcomposites can be dispersed well. In the HDPE/PC/compatibilizer/montmorillonite nanocomposites, The organo-montmorillonite selectivelylocated in the phase interface of HDPE/PC, there is no organo-montmorillonite existed in the Polycarbonate phase, only a little isdispersed in the HDPE phase.
