In modern times, the development of economy and the advancement of technology have made tremendous changes, human society have stepped into a fast speed developing period, but the progress in technique and economy brings the deterioration of survival environment and the crisis of ecology. We have to face the balance of developing economy and protecting environment. Governments have taken great recognitions to the shift of ecology and environment, the ecological security has been the forward of academic researches of current subjects. To make the environment well protected in the economy developing process, and to make human's survival ecology to be a safe and sustainable state, we must use the advanced countries' mature experience and system for reference, and adequately use modern science and technology in future.Harbin is the primary central city in the north of northeast China, in the process of industrialization and civilization, the increase of population increased the demand of resources and environment, and aggravated the pressure of ecology and environment.According to the programming of Heilongjiang town system, the text assessed the ecosecurity of Harbin city area and Suihua city area in Harbin megalopolis. Based on the previous researches about ecological security, we use the principle of Analytic Hierarchy process to systemically analyze the ecology and environment of Harbin megalopolis. From the angle of accelerating the sustainable development of the city, we designed the eco-security evaluation index system and selected proper index to analyze. We send some questionnaires to experts and use the Delphi method to calculate each index's attribute weights, and weighted every index's eco-security degree multiplication, finally we drew the region eco-security state. The result shows that, in Harbin megalopolis, the eco-security of Harbin city area is 0.6482, fairly good than 0.4718 of Suihua area. Based on the calculate result, we bring forward the idiographic measure to maintain the eco-security of Harbin city, and hoped that the text will be helpful for the future eco-security construction and economic development.
