Agricultural Ecological Security Evaluation And Countermeasures Analysis Of Harbin City

Ecological security as a hot issue in today's social studies,it's not only connects with our socio-economic development and production,but also our survival and development of the important guarantee.However,with the world's people and land conflicts intensify,the ecological environment overall present worsening trend,mainly in land degradation,ecological balance disorders,serious damage to vegetation and so on.How to scientific and rational protect agricultural ecological security are important issues need to be resolved today,it's also an important part of agriculture sustainable development.Harbin as the capital of Heilongjiang Province,it develop rapidly in social and economic.Agricultural production provide vital food security for the country,but the irrational exploitation of agricultural resources brings a serious impact to agricultural ecological environment.Therefore,how to improve the agricultural ecological environment and improve the agriculture ecological quality of Harbin are great significances for sustainable socio-economic development and regional food security.Comprehensive Assessment of agricultural ecological security is evaluation of regional agroecological security situation by the characteristics,the differences and limitations of the regional agro-ecological environment.For agro-ecological safety problems raised ecological environment agriculture practical suggestions.The research is on the basis of understanding the home and abroad research progress and related concepts of agricultural ecological security.Taking the ecosystem theory,ecological economics,man-land relationship theory and sustainable development theory as the theoretical basis.The study take Harbin as the research ara,building the comprehensive evaluation index system of agricultural ecological security from the three areas of agricultural ecological security pressures,agricultural ecological security status and ecological security building agricultural capacity.Evaluating the agricultural ecological security status and changes in 10 years from 2007 to 2016,and put forward suggestions to the agro-ecological security issues.The main contents and results are as follows:(1)Evaluation index system of agriculture and ecology security construction.Under the clearly related to the connotation and research theories,and took construction of agricultural ecological security as the goal.We selected the 17 evaluations of population growth,population carrying capacity,proportion of non-agricultural population,arable land per capita,per capita water resources,pesticide use intensity,fertilizer use intensity,plastic use intensity,annual precipitation,forest cover rate,unit of arable land for food production,the proportion of arable land,per capita GDP,engel coefficient of rural residents,agricultural mechanization,agricultural output per unit area,the proportion of students from the 3 aspects of agricultural ecological security pressures,agricultural ecological security status and ecological security building agricultural capacity.(2)Comprehensive evaluation of agricultural ecological security.Using the comprehensive index model to calculate the 10 years of agricultural ecological security index from 2007 to 2016.The results showed that the highest score was 0.6255,the lowest was 0.3402.It can be seen that the agricultural ecological security index generally low,it was in grade ?(general safety)and grade ?(less secure)fluctuations.The regional ecological security issues significantly.(3)Construction of agricultural ecological security suggestions.According to Harbin agricultural ecological security evaluation results,ecological security level agriculture and Harbin nearly 10 years of ecological security features of agriculture in the coming ecological environment construction process,to improve agricultural natural disasters,improve natural soil properties;optimize the industrial structure,promoting social and economic coordinated development;strengthen agricultural infrastructure construction,and effectively improve the quality of agricultural land;control population growth,improve people's cultural quality;effectively reduce agricultural pollution,effectively protect the ecological environment;to strengthen agroecological safety management,the establishment of ecological security early warning systems.By evaluating the agricultural ecological security,it can better safeguard agricultural ecological security in Harbin,and provide the basis for sustainable development of agriculture and ecological environment construction.
