The paper is based on which national society public welfare fund supported.The paper retrospectives applying and reseaching state of backstow mining, strip ming and backstow strip mining in three unders mining,and introduces a green mining technology of no coal refuse lifting ground,can mining partial coal, mainly applying in mining under building---Mining with coal refuse backstowing roadway,and compendiums experience of mining with coal refuse backstowing of Xingdong Mine Xingtai Mining Corporation Limited,including test area,basic idea,craft line, craft circuit and effect.The paper establishs model of Xingdong Mine mining with coal refuse backstowing roadway by FLAC3D numerical simulation,and analyses the influence law of pillar's and rock stratum's stress by recovery,overflow ratio and backstow body's strength,putting horizontal stress of rib, vertical stress of pillar and stress of roadway roof as index.The paper analyses the influence law of surface subsidence by recovery,overflow ratio and backstow body's strength,and collates influence degree by orthogonal test and FLAC3D numerical simulation (from the greater to the weaker): recovery,overflow ratio, backstow body's strength .The paper observes stress distinction of isolate pillar of 1#-7# stowed roadway and stress alteration of isolate pillar of 9# and 10# stowing and 12# driving roadway separately adopting drilling cuttings and stressometer, and obtains stress distinction of isolate pillar of backstowed roadway and influence law of isolate pillar's stress by backstowing and driving roadway.In the end ,the paper raises suggestion in productive practive of mining with coal refuse backstowing roadway based on the results.
