Study On Zaohe Sewage Purification By Highly Effective Compound Bacteria

Zaohe is not only the sewage and storm drainage channel of the southern,western and northern parts of Xi'an suburb, but also one of the important tributaries of Weihe River. As domestic sewage of the residents living near and industrial waste water from enterprises is discharged without meeting the standards, the whole river is dirty and niff extremely. Because of its special geographical location and serious environmental pollution, which has aroused local people's strong resentment, also has become the most prominent environmental problems of xi'an city. This thesis studyed for Zaohe sewage, and enrich some native microorganism of strong adaptability, higher efficiency such as photosynthetic bacteria,ammonifier,nitrifying bacteria,denitrifying bacteria,organophosphorus bacteria and inorganic phosphorus bacteria. Primary Study on biomediation of the pilot sewage was made in the laboratory after bacteria compound, the findings are as follows :(1) Six kind of microorganism was got by directional separated ,that was followed by domesticated these microorganism to made the bioremediation of water.the test results showed : domesticated microorganism was more adaptable to the Zaohe sewage than without domesticated, removal rate of CODcr,NH3-N and phosphate were 79.86%, 76.21% and 77.37%, respectively, increased by 3.27%, 11.69% and 12.3%.(2) Six advantage bacterium were used for Zaohe sewage treatment after compound. To adjust the quantity proportion of different microflora produced a great effect on degradation. When photosynthetic bacteria : ammonifiers : nitrifying bacteria : denitrifying bacteria : organophosphorus bacteria : inorganic phosphorus bacteria =13:1:3:3:3:3, the best effect was obtained, the removal rate of CODcr, NH3-N and phosphate were 79.66%, 90.88% and 75.85%, respectively.(3) To cultivate microflora with rice-washed water, composite substrate, Zaohe low concentration of wastewater and Zaohe low concentration wastewater add nutrient substrate, then cultivated bacteria was used for sewage treatment. Zaohe low concentration wastewater was unsuccessful, several other training results was better. Sewage treatment results showed : adding glucose, 20g, sucrose, 5g, peptone, 2.5g, FeSO4, 0.1g, MgSO4, 0.1g to Zaohe low concentration wastewater, and the pH was adjusted to 7.0-7.5, standing cultivate for six days, bacteria can be reached maximum density, and the removal efficiency of the pilot sewage's CODcr,NH3-N and phosphate microflora reached the highest, 92.93%, 91.43%, 88.39%.(4) Five advantage strains were separated from the compoound bacteria ,by preliminary identification, they were two bacteria, a yeast, a actinomycetes and a photosynthetic bacteria. after composite,they were used for sewage treatment, the results showed: When bacteriaⅠ:bacteriaⅡ:yeast : actinomycosis : photosynthetic bacteria = 4:3:2:4:1, under the conditions of pH 7,facultative anaerobic,temperature of 30°C, dosage of 1%, the effect of composite strains on the Zaohe sewage treatment was the best, the removal rate of CODcr,NH3-N and phosphate were 94.25%, 96.04% and 90.66%.The study provides theoretic basis for compound microbial Preparations used in the bioremediation of Zaohe polluted water body. To obtain the large number of basic experimental data and related parameters as fundamental reference for this classes of waste water treatment.
