The biology augmentation of contaminated water restoration is a new pollution control technology only developed in recent years. excellent effectuated, limited disturbance of contaminated sites and destruction of small, simple treatment process, without any secondary pollution. This technology been recognized as a useful development of water pollution control technology.This thesis focuses on the current national conditions as improving the rural living standards as a starting point, start with the reality situation of the polluted water in rural township from which screening out the most effected microorganism.(1) Screened several times in the enrichment filter medium, obtained skim milk by collecting soil and water samples through the selection medium starch, CMC-Na filter medium transparent circle to the determination of the results with comparatively cleared zone of the ratio of diameter and colony diameter relatively large Z (mud), X1 (mud), X8 (water), A1 (mud), A5 (water), A9 (water) 6 strains were re-screened.(2) Screening the strain with higher degradation ratio as 62.56%.(3) The most suitable surrounding situation of degradation organic of A1(mud) strain is PH 7.5, temperature 30℃, with liquid containing as 80ml.(4) In most seeding situation A1(mud) has the most significant organic degradation ability with seeding organic condense as 75.39mg/L and shows the degradation rate as 68.15%. The results shows the possibility as degradation of organic pollutant but the deeper research focusing on its attribute and mechanism is required for deploying on practical project.(5) Through pledged ammonium sulfate solution, filtering the comparative four strains with higher degradation rate for ammonia nitrogen numbered X7(water), X8(water),X10(water).(6) Through simulating domestic sewage get one strain possess higher degradation rate for ammonia nitrogen A6(water). This train got degradation rate as 67.1% for ammonia nitrogen sewage as 200mg/L in 7 days. The results shows the possibility as degradation of organic pollutant but the deeper research focusing on its attribute and mechanism is required for deploying on practical project.(7) Screened out of the laboratory inside a degrading organic matter, a degrading strains of ammonia nitrogen were put through the home-made broth device, put into the broth Nanling County town of Wuhu City, constructed wetlands project, through actual projects application to test ability of strains to the degradation of pollutants.(8) The 5-8 Months water quality concentration of organic matter, ammonia concentration data comparison, organic treatment effect in 40-50%, ammonia treatment effect in 38-50%.(9) Through the use of practical projects, the laboratory screening, highly effective agents, applied to the practical engineering to the degradation of organic matter and ammonia nitrogen in water pollution, technically feasible, the treatment effect is obvious.
