Rare earth/composite phosphate inorganic antibacterial materials were added into ceramic glaze to produce antibacterial ceramic products with antifouling function. The water surface tension, contact angle, dissolved oxygen, emulsion stability and plant seed germination affected by functional ceramics were studied and the movement behavior of oil droplets on the ceramic surface in the water was tested. The results show that the ceramics produced by the ceramic glaze added with rare earth/composite phosphate inorganic antibacterial materials have excellent antifouling function; when contact with water, the ceramics will make water molecules activated, reduce the surface tension of water and the contact angle of water on the ceramic surface, improve the stability of emulsion and make ceramic surface with oil pollution prevention function; the water treated by antifouling ceramics can also promote the seed germination.
