As the development of the globalization economy, people are facing bothchallenges of under continuous and threaten of environmental pollution when they areenjoying the wealth that created by themselves. Every country is troubled by theseproblems seriously.About fifty years, china has gained brilliant achievement. In our country, eacharea has different economical levels and different degrees of environment pollution,so it will have different outputs that each area's input. What is the input-outputefficiency in each area? What is the efficient difference on environment governing ofeach area? How to choose the typical samples to govern more efficiently? This articlewill be focused on these questions. Analyze synthetically to the environmentalprotection input efficiency of each area with using DEA approach. I hope it canprovide the guidance for making policy to manage environment efficiently andpromoting the environmental protection input efficiency of each area.Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is a statistical analysis approach that iscommonly used to evaluate the efficiency of a number of producers with multipleinput indexes and multiple output indexes. In this article, we analyze theenvironmental protection input with classic model CCR, and further analyze theefficiency with Principal Component Analysis. It comes true the synthetic applicationof statistics approaches.
