Antibiotics used extensively by human and animals will enter into the environment at last. It has been a kind of new-style contaminant and a foreland research topic. Especially, when animal's urine and faeces are applied to agricultural fields as fertilizers, soil may be contaminated, even the safety of farm products will be endangered. This article researched Tetracyclines and Sulfonamides antibiotics in the soil of different vegetable fields first in China. It had important academic and practical meaning on preventing soil contamination and ensuring the safety of farm products. The results were as follows:(1) This article optimized the analytic method of Tetracyclines and Sulfonamides antibiotics in soil. Recoveries were in the range 60.6~79.0% for Tetracyclines, 70.5~83.5% for Sulfonamides. Limits of detection were in the range 3~22μg/kg for Tetracyclines, 0.4~7μg/kg for Sulfonamides.(2) This method was applied to analysis Tetracyclines and Sulfonamides antibiotics in the soil of four different kinds of vegetable fields in Pearl River Delta. They were vegetable field in hoggery, common vegetable field, non-social effects vegetable field and green vegetable field. The result was all of the samples had more than one kind of antibiotics.(3) The order of content of antibiotics in the soil of different vegetable fields was vegetable field in hoggery>non-social effects vegetable field>common vegetable field>green vegetable field. This showed soil antibiotics contamination was aggravated after using a lot of manure.(4) The average content of Tetracyclines was more than Sulfonamides in the soil. One side, Tetracyclines used by human and animals, but Sulfonamides only used by animals. The other side, Tetracyclines has stronger adsorb ability than Sulfonamides. So it's easier to cumulate in the soil matrix for Tetracyclines.
