Disassembling End-of-Life Vehicles And Network

It is very important of properly dealing with the End-of-Life Vehicles for protecting environment, saving resource and sustainable development of economy. Both the domestic and the foreign countries current status of handling the End-of-Life Vehicles have been studied in this paper, an economy model for analyzing vehicle components'reuse, recycling and remanufacturing was proposed. In addition, a set of new disassembling process plan was presented based on eliminating of domestic current disassembling process plan. A new plant layout was designed for matching the new process plan. Furthermore, a disassembling algorithm was proposed, including the normal disassembly and the deep disassembly conceptions which were used for determining the specific depth of disassembly. The algorithm suited to the new disassembling process plan perfectly. Finally, an example of End-of-Life Vehicles'recycling system in a certain city of Yangtze delta was used to verify the models and algorithm in this paper. A website was constructed for taking full advantages of internet resource to realize the market value of End-of-Life Vehicles.
