With the rapid development of the automotive industry,China's auto sales and ownership keep growing,the number of End-of Life Vchiclcs(ELVs)increases year by year.The waste of resources and environmental pollution arc becoming increasingly evident.which make China's ELV dismantling industry must develop towards efficiently and environmentally friendly.At present,China's ELV dismantling enterprises vary in level,many enterprises' sites are simple,equipment are outdated,dismantling level and recycling rate is low,resulting in the waste of resources and environmental pollution.Therefore,the intelligent technology of ELV disassembly line is studied in the paper.It aims to increase the balancing rate and intelligent level of the line,also to promote the sustainable development of the economy.Related work is as follows:First,the dismantling process of ELV is studied.Four assembly systems of cars arc introduced and the dismantling process of ELVs is analyzed.The dismantling process model of ELVs is established based on digraph to describe the dismantling information and dismantling priority between components.Second,the multi-objective balancing problem of ELV disassembly line is optimized.Based on the actual situation,a mathematical model of multi-objective balancing optimization is proposed,and the optimization algorithm are studied respectively based on whether considering the target preference.According to the target preference,the weightced euclidean distance sorting particle swarm algorithm(WEDPSO)is proposed.This algorithm introduces weighted Euclidean distance as particles' fitness and transforms the multi-objective problem into single objective optimization problem.The effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by case analysis.Regardless of the target preference,a multi-objective optimization algorithm based on Pareto optimal set is studied.Aiming at the problem that the uniformity of solution set reduced by the population-size reduction method in non-dominated neighborhood immune algorithm(NNIA),the dynamic control method of population-size is introduced.The NNIA algorithm based on the improved population-size control method improves the diversity and uniformity of solution set.The effectiveness of the improved NNIA algorithm is verified by the simulation and case analysis.The validity and applicability of WEDPSO and improved NNIA algorithm is compared.Based on the dismantling process model of ELVs,the two algorithms are respectively applied to the balancing optimization of the ELV disassembly line to get the optimal line distribution plan.Finally,the dismantling intelligent guidance system of ELV based on Java 3D is developed.According to the result of balancing optimization for disassembly line,a multi-station ELV dismantling guidance model library is built using Java 3D technology,which realizes the 3D visualization of components' dismantling process.The system clearly shows the dismantling contents of each station and the corresponding dynamic dismantling process which improves the intelligent level of dismantling guidance.
