Batch record management is one important part of GMP management in the morden pharmaceutical factory.Batch record errors are ofen found in pharmaceutical plant. The author built a project team, analyzed batch record errors, established and implemented a series of improvement steps as a senior production supervisor in national pharmaceutical plant.
