With the development of world economic integration,more and more domestic enterprises participate in international competition.Quality is the key factor to decide the success of competition.If an enterprise wants to succeed,it must start with quality.Manufacturing industry is the foundation of national economy.After many years of accumulation and development,China's manufacturing industry has made remarkable achievements,but there is still great room for improvement in product quality.In order to win in the fierce competition,our manufacturing enterprises should learn and apply the world advanced management theory,such as six Sigma management,and strive to improve the quality of products and reduce the cost of enterprises.Taking F Automotive Glass Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.as an example,this paper studies the implementation of Six Sigma management mode in the company.Firstly,it summarizes the existing research on the theory from the theoretical level,explains the core content and tools of the theory,and elaborates the Six Sigma management theory and its implementation process.Secondly,the current situation of automotive glass industry and F automotive glass manufacturing Co.,Ltd.is studied,and the importance of implementing six-gma management to the development of the company is analyzed.Combining the company's position in the field of automotive glass and the management of its existing production system,the feasibility of implementing Six Sigma management is illustrated.Finally,combining with the DMAIC process,it shows that the company can effectively improve the quality problem after implementing Six sigma.Define the customer's voice(VOC)and its requirements through definition stage,and find out that the key quality characteristics(CTQ)of the product is the optical distortion characteristics that lead to the bad front windshield.The goal of the Six Sigma Group is to reduce the defective rate of front windshield products to less than 1.5%.The Measure phase confirms that the contents of the Six Sigma project should be carried out first by analyzing the causes of the unqualified products,and the target of improvement should be clearly defined.The front windshield products caused by optical distortion appear to be defective.The Analytical phase(Analytical)adopts Fishbone Diagram Analysis and Head Analysis.Brainstorming method is used to analyze the factors affecting the lower intensity of the product;Improvement uses methods such as rapid improvement,5S field improvement,and experimental analysis improvement to improve the factors;Control stage formulates corresponding codes of conduct and guidance manual to control and maintain the improved results,so that the improved results can continue.
