With the continual enlarging of production scale of polymer flooding industrilization,the provision of low-salinity water increases,the disadvantagel depending on the low-salinity water to configure and dilute polymer solution stands out.The production of oil-bearing sewage increases during the super-high watercut period,using the low-salinity water to configure and dilute polymer solution not only waste water resource,but also result in the emission of oil-bearing sewage and seriously pollute environment.So how to effectively utilize the sewage becomes critical.Due to the water quality difference between the sewage and low-salinity water,the polymer solution diluted by the unsettled sewage has the low viscosity and inferior displacement efficiency.To utilize the sewage in polymer flooding,the method study of improving the viscosity of polymer solution diluted by sewage is developed.The research shows that aeration can economically and effectively improves the viscosity of sewage polymer solution.On the basis of experiment study ,the pilot test of mid-molecular polymer flooding diluted by sewage is developed.Although the test acquire partly effect,the viscosity of sewage is lower than the same concentration low-salinity water and the effect is short of the latter.To solve the above problem and improve the displacement efficiency of sewage polymer solution,the test research of super-molecular polymer flooding diluxed by sewage is developed.The test shows that the sewage system has better viscoelasticity,anti-shear behavior,compatibility and oil displacement capability.The test perfect the oil displacement theory of the sewage polymer flooding.,improve the cognition to the mechanism of polymer flooding,supply a gap of polymer flooding diluted by sewage and aquire notable displacement efficiency , aquire better economic and social benefit.The technology solve the problem of sewage emission , improve the polymer recovery and will be generalized and applicated.
