The industrial computer's main function is image collecting, image processing, measurement and communication between PLC.(3) According to the request of the precision, choose CCD camera, the card of the image collection and design the lighting system. Use LED as the light source and make use of the far heart lighting road in the lighting system for getting better image.(4) Image processing is made by software, the image processing technique is used, for example dichotomy, edge detecting. Show the software processing result.(5) Choose the inverter and PLC depending on the motor's capacity and the points of the control. Set the parameter of the inverter, design the electric diagram of the motor's inverter and the PLC program.(6) After adjusting, measuring several groups sealing strips. According to the measuring result, the error is less than the tolerance. Finally, analyze all the factors which affect the measuring precision. Make a conclusion of the paper and make a prospect of the continue study of the system.The system can make an automatic produce, make better use of the material. This study will deeply affect the process of home and abroad sealing strips' manufacture.
