The wool dying products and process designs are the primacy links in the production lines.'Research on the System of Wool Products and Remote Design under Internet Environment',is mainly based on wool products dying and spinning processes and the processes public service platform, to realize an information management platform, which unite the design,production and management into one. And the platform can provide information services and solutions on wool product and process designs with networking services. This project is supported by the IMAR (Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region) Natural Science Foundation.Taken the above as background,the thesis based on the analysis of the domestic and international advanced product development coordinated system and related technology, setting up an wool product and process coordinated platform, which is quite suit for the development of IMAR. The thesis thoroughly elaborate the concept of the product remote coordinated development system,presenting a systemic model, building up the total frame,and system structure and mode of the wool product and process distance coordinated development system. The thesis emphasized to research the distribute database technique,taken the wool process design as example,conducted Remote database researches on distance product coordinated development. The system adopted B/S (browser/server) database structure,and imbed the wool process parameters into the distribute database, and then we can input the proper value on the client-side,and check cases on the sever-side. The system use internets as a tool,carry out the remote data accesses, realize the informatization management of wool product and process design, and effectively resolve many problems on the poor information sharing and weak control in production management.This thesis have emphasis on scouring, the technological designer can query related technological example by technological serial number, and the technology optimization be realized by querying number of scouring bowl, scouring species, scouring temperature and so on, after that enterprise coalition can design product and technology by use remote-data interview and synergism. This system is implicated in enterprise group, impving the operating efficiency of business, attainabling the sharing of secource, reducing the cost of development of product and intensifying the strain capacity of enterprise...
