Chengdao oil field ,a shallow offshore oil field, have come into middle water cut development period and the present development effect is good than the same type Gu Dao and Gu Dong oil field. At present, the technical economical policy is no good for the need of present development period and oil price of international market, still, the production rate is lower and the contradiction between the development economical index and the serviceable life is very predominant. In order to enhance the utilization and the development economical benefit, it is necessary to make the study of technical economic policy for enhancing the production rate and adjusting the enhancing rate technique. In this paper, the three dimensional fine reservoir model is established with coordinate sequential Gaussian simulation, and the heterogeneity study is studied with the comprehensive reservoir evaluation parameter and Lorenz coefficient; and the former technical economical policy adaptability,development effect and dynamic and static affecting factor with the common,fine,horizontal and vertical,multi-model array mode. using the numerical stimulation as the main way, combined with reservoir engineer calculation,dynamic analysis, we optimize systematically the technical economical policy limit of development and adjusting measurement, such as local subdivision,infill,enhancing liquid,fine injection etc, demonstrate the feasibility for enhancing the rate of Ng formation reservoir in Chengdao oil field and bring forward the relevant technical policy.
