With the development of the Sulige gas field, productivity of the wells declines fast, which cannot meet the productivity construction requirement. And the effect of drainage gas recovery generally is not satisfactory, meaning liquid loading is not the only reason for low production and the stimulation method is not reasonable. As a result,it is imperative to analyze the reasons for low production and take measures specifically, thus promoting the productivity. At first, the paper analyzed the reasons for low production such as the deficiency of the remaining recoverable reserve, liquid loading and unreasonable production system in early period. Then selected models suitable for the inclined wells and found the modified non-uniform liquid film best fit the field data. With dynamical analysis, the low production wells were classified based on the liquid loading status and remaining recoverable reserve. The geologic model was built and production allocation was conducted using numerical simulation and dynamical production allocation method based on nodal analysis. The result from dynamical production allocation was considered as the selected project taking recovery factor and gas produced by drainage. The intermittent production system is optimized. At last, the adaptability of all drainage gas recovery technologies were analyzed and suitable technology was selected for typical wells. The result of the paper gives some guidance to judge the liquid loading for declined wells, production allocation and intermittent production working system.
