Based on analyzing the mechanism of the sanding and the present situation of defending sand engineering implementation of Gudong oil field, this article offer a new chemical sand control method which adapts to the wells with the problem of casing deformation.According to the research on the hydration and hydratability of cement, the microfine cement is selected in this article. Because the permeability of cement is very bad, the first step is to research the reagent which can used to raise the permeability by raising the diameter of pore , increasing the number of pores and connecting them. And then for the special use in the wells with casing deformation and the quality requirements of cement injection, some additional fluidity improver and retardant are added into this system to improve its adaptation to the wells with casing deformation.After devising the formulation and deciding the dose, some experiments are done to examine the ability of this new sand prevention system. And it is proved that this new sand prevention system has good operation capability, strong capability of controlling sand and erosion-resist.
