| Content: This text aims at the poor fluidity of the diesel oil, and the problemsof use and transition at low temperature. Encircling the development andsynthesis of new kind diesel fuel low-temperature flow improver, we carrythrough deep disquisition and discuss the reciprocity mechanism of the dieseloil and additive combining the experiment data. We cooperate with DalianPetroleum Additive to produce many kinds diesel fuel low-temperature flowimprover, which adapts the north China's diesel oil. We acquired the momentsuccess. We can summarize it for several points: first, kinds of alkylmethacrylate are synthesized, which are units of the DFI polymers. The optimalexperiment conditions are studied, according to the filtration of the synthesizemethods and different kinds of catalyzer, and we did the industry experiment,the structures are identified by thin-layer chromatography, IR spectroscopy, 1HNMR spectroscopy and glass capillary gas chromatography. The amount ofproduct is over 90%, which satisfied the request of the next polymerization; Thesecond is the synthesizment of the fuel low temperature improver, referring to agreat deal of literature and patents, considering the poison, economy, effect ionand so on, on the base of above experiment, several series of polymers areproduced by using methylacrylate, styrene, maleic anhydride, vinyl acetate,hexadecylamine, and octadecylamine as raw materials. IR spectroscopy, Wu Shiviscosity testing and Molecular weight apparatus test the structure andconversion. We also made the industry experiment and had a success. The thirdis testing part. We analyze the diesel oil. Glass capillary gas chromatography isused in the analysis of n-paraffin distribution of the diesel. We contrast thefore-and-aft character of the fuel combining the mensuration data, conclude andsummarize, to educe the reciprocity mechanism. We validate our conclusion byusing the 0~# testing diesel oil producing by Dalian Petrifaction. At last, the△CFPP is 4-5℃. Our conclusion is that: it is important to analyze the dieseloil's temperament before synthesizing the diesel low temperature improver,because these temperaments can decide the configuration of the additive. So wemust consider the configuration and the space-between of the side chainsbesides the matching with the n-hydeocarbon of the diesel oil. |
