The dissertation begins with the mathematics physical model of die-casting process. The implementation method of ProCAST software for die-casting process's numerical simulation are represented. In order to optimize runner and gate system and locate air vent and overflow system, the flow field and temperature field numerical simulation was applied in the die-casting process of the handset shell components. Based on this foundation, In order to locate the hot tearing, analyze the influence of die-casting process parameter on hot tearing tendency, and optimize die-casting process, the numerical simulation coupled with stress field was applied.The die-casting die design is a quite complex process. In review of the mathematics model and the product structure which is used in die-casting die majority components designs all are fixed invariable, only the components structure size has the difference. The article uses the characteristic of Pro/E parameter characteristic model in the situation maintenance geometry and topology invariable, by the sole entire connection database realization model fast regeneration, uses Pro/TOOLKIT which its secondary develops interface to complete the die-casting die seriation components parametric design system, which reduces the die-casting die design cycle and gives the certain promoter action to enhances the enterprise the competitive ability.Based on optimized die design through numerical simulation, the molded components design was completed. Using the characteristic of Pro/E assembly body was renewed along with the components were renewed, According to the surface match and hole alignment principle; the die frame assembly body was completed with its major part's 3D model pattern. According to the determined size of the components of the die frame, the die-casting die seriation components parametric design system was executed to renew the pattern, thus the die frame model was fast renewed. According to the size of the molded components, the mechanism of loose the core and ejecting were designed under the assembly environment. In order to manifest various components assembly relations, the two-dimensional assembly engineering draw was converted form 3D assembly body. It can be see, the product design was manifested clearly through the process of solid design, and simultaneously the efficiency of design was increased.
