With the rapid development of computer technology and computer graphics, 3D measurement based on structured light has been the main trend. Structured light measurement can fulfill the task which traditional measurement can't. Structured light measurement can provide huge 3D information for object reconstruction. 3D measurement and object reconstruction have been the major task of computer vision. They are required to develop much faster by industry, movies, military affairs and medical treatment.It is simple, fast and precise to measure objects three dimensionally through structured light. It is also fast and exact to reconstruct the 3D shape of object by triangulating the 3D data points.The study in this thesis is about the algorithm of obtaining 3D data on the basis of range image obtained by structure light and the algorithm of object reconstruction.The analysis has been carried on 3D measurement methods. Firstly, the domestic and foreign status of 3D measurement and object reconstruction has been introduced by this thesis. The first emphasis of this thesis is had researched on 3D measurement based on multi-line structured light. The mathematics model of measurement system has been built. It is established that coding and encoding methods of multi-line structured light project angle. It is calibrated that the object lens' field angles of image sensor and projector. Simultaneity, the configuration parameters of measurement equipment are ascertained according to the measured space and occlusion characteristic.The spatial direct triangulation algorithm of 3D data points is the other study emphasis of this thesis. In this thesis, large-scale scattered data spatial partition algorithm and its corresponding data structure and encoding method are applied. How to apply the triangulation principal being consist of outside triangulation and inside triangulation in the local increment triangulation algorithm is analyzed. A method of optimization while triangulation and a principal to judge whether the triangle is legal or not are established. Software design of this algorithm is" done.At last, the calibrated result of field lens is presented. And the experimentations are carried on the triangulation and object reconstruction. The triangulation soft is programmed. The results show that the algorithm described by this thesis can triangulate the 3D data points well. The surface of reconstructed object is close to primitive object.
