| Erosion is an usual sort of lapse form in oil tube's lapse, for the moment organic coating is the most used means to prevent oil tube erode. At present, the no-meter paint in the organic coatings is researched by many people. This thesis adopts one of the most advanced means—Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy, and applies this means to analyze (EIS) titanium nano-polymer paint (XK-252) . For different metal matrixes, different lacquer film thickness, different lacquer film types, at different the levels of rusting grade and different rust corrosion medium factors for the corrosion resisting property of titanium nano-polymer paint (XK-252) has been investigated in this dissertation. The mechanism for protective function and failure of coating is briefly interpreted. The corrosion process for metallic substrate beneath coating and the interaction between corrosion process and coating failure are also discussed.The experimental method of Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) used to study organic coatings and the applications of EIS method to evaluation and study on organic coatings were reviewed. Based on the difference of different organic coatings, six different types of physical models (Equivalent Circuits) for EIS data about organic coatings have been proposed. After long- term monitor the Electrochemistry Impedance Spectra (EIS) of each group specimen, the equivalent circuit model was established. After studying the changes law of coating resistance R_c coating capacitance C_c and parameters the coated metallic electrode systemic impedance spectra. Several conclusions are gained as follows:Firstly, the resisting property of titanium nano-polymer paint is remarkably super to the corrosion resisting property of others.Secondly, the corrosion resisting property of the seventy micron of lacquer film thickness is better.At last, the more the rusting grade, the better corrosion resisting property.
