Electrospinning is a novel processing technique for the production of ultrafine polymer fibres with electrically charged liquid jets of polymer solutions or melts in electrical static field. The electrospun nonwoven is characterized by high void content and great specific surface area, and the uniform fibres have large ratios of length to diameter. So it can be widely used in various fields and has broad application foreground.People pay attention to the research of environmental-friendly materials gradually along with the enhancement to the idea of the construction of environmental-friendly society. As a kind of the environmental-friendly materials, PLA materials had been studied like a raging fire. Using electrospinning to prepare PLA nanofibres is to combine the two techniques representing the research level nowdays.Poly (L-lactic acid) nanofibres were prepared via electrospinning by using dichloromethane as a solvent and adopting the flat aluminium sheet and the rotating cylinder as a collector. This paper mostly consists of several aspects as follows: (1) building electrospinning setup by myself including using the rotating cylinder to collect aligned nanofibres. (2) the effects of the solution system including the molecular weight of PLLA chips and the solution concentration on the fibre diameter and morphology. (3) the effects of processing parameters including the flow rate, the electric field and the tip-target distance on the fibre diameter and morphology. (4) the effect of the rotating cylinder velocity on the fibre structure and the property difference among the materials of the aligned nanofibres, the random nanofibres, PLLA rasin chips. It provides some references to establish the relationship among the spinning process, structure and property, and to prepare PLLA materials having good performance at the nano-scale.
