Cigarette silk was important link of cigarette production process.Cigarette processingtechnology level affected the quality of cigarette products directly.With the changing of process parameters,routine chemical components,neutral aroma substances,physical property of tobacco changed in different degree.Strengthening the research of cigarette process parameters had important significance on the quality of cigarettes.The key technical parameters of loose return process,casing process,drying process was selected to explore that different process parameters influence on the quality of tobacco.According to the quality index,key process parameters was optimized.The main conclusions were as followings:1.The influence of different recirculated air temperatures on routine chemical components and neutral aroma substances was analyzed in ordering cylinder.The result showed that: Ratio of potassium to chlorine and sugar-nicotine ratio were low and two difference of sugar was high when recirculated air temperature was 52?.Ratio of potassium to chlorine and proportion of nitrogen to nicotine were low when recirculated air temperature was 62 ?.The chemical composition was more in line with the requirements of high quality tobacco leaves when recirculated air temperature was 57?.The total amount of neutral aroma substances shown as: 57?>62?>52?.To same degree,the bigger the aroma quantity,the more aroma characteristics.recirculated air temperature 57? was beneficial to improve inner quality of tobacco.2.The influence of different recirculated air temperatures and export moisture content on routine chemical components and neutral aroma substances was analyzed in casing process.The result showed that: In terms of routine chemical components,chemical components under different process parameters had significant differences.According to the coordination index,chemical components of recirculated air temperatures 52?,export moisture content19.5% and recirculated air temperatures 52?,export moisture content20.5% were more coordination.In terms of neutral aroma substances,neutral aroma substances content of recirculated air temperatures 52?,export moisture content19.5% and recirculated air temperatures 52?,export moisture content20.5% were higher.Comprehensive routine chemical components and neutral aroma substances,recirculated air temperatures 52 ?,export moisture content19.5% and recirculated air temperatures 52?,export moisture content20.5% met the needs of tobacco enterprises3.Grey incidence analysis and canonical correlation were used for statistical analysis of chemical compositions and neutral aroma.Results showed that: Reducing sugar had close relationship with neutral aroma components.Carotenoid had close relationship with chemical composition.Content of carotenoids,cembranoids,aroma aminophenol and ratio sugar to nicotine were positive correlation,and total nitrogen,nicotine were negative correlation.According to the main evaluation index of chemical components and neutral aroma substances,the quality of tobacco leaves could be understood indirectly.4.The relationship on technological parameter with leaf structure,cigarette physical properties,flue gas and sensory quality were explored based on orthogonal design experiment in ordering cylinder,casing process,drying process.The optimization of process parameters was analyzed by intuitive analysis,variance analysis and comprehensive balance method.Results showed that:Effect of loose resurgence return air temperature on rate of broken filament,filling power,cigarette physical properties,tar,sensory quality approached significant level.Effect of casing process return air temperature on filling power reached significant level.Casing process exports of moisture content had small effect on each index.Steam flow,wall temperature,hot blast temperature,moisture removal suction of cut tobacco drying had influence on physical properties,CO,nicotine content and sensory quality.Within the tested range,following parameter combination was preferable: loose resurgence return air temperature 57?,casing process return air temperature 52?,casing process exports of moisture content 19.5%,cut tobacco drying steam flow 700 kg/h,cut tobacco drying wall temperature 132 ?,cut tobacco drying hot blast temperature 115?,cut tobacco drying moisture removal suction-18?bar.Production validation showed that rate of silk,filling power and sensory quality increased by 3.84%,0.44 cm3/g and 5.1score and rate of broken filament,single weight standard deviation,cigarette resistance standard deviation decreased by 0.23%,0.015 g,0.02 kpa,0.04 mg per cigarette,1.4 mg per cigarette.Therefore,the optimized silk process parameters could improve tobacco quality effectively.
