The flexible pressurized anchor is a new type of anchor, the anchoring principleof which is different from the conventional anchor. The bolt radially extrudes anchoreye by filling internal pressure, which creates active anchorage for adjacent rock, andas a result of the flexibility of anchor body, it can active adapt for the motion ofadjacent rock and compensate the variable anchoring force. It is the full-length anchor,and overcomes the disadvantages of conventional anchor which is insufficientadhesive force, unstable anchorage, and adaptability for soft rock and large deformingtunnel. The bolt can be recovered and multiple-used, the weight is light. This researchcan complete anchoring mechanics and guide the optimizing design and manufactureof flexible pressurized anchor. It have important theoretical significance and use value.Author chooses theoretical analytical method of elasticity, mechanics of materialsand high molecular synthetic material and rock mechanics, and associates withexperimental result. We analyze and compute the tridimensional stress, strain field andanchoring contact by finite-element method, which guides us optimized design andmanufacture anchor.The main research efforts, as follow:1. By analytic analysis of tridimensional stress field of flexible pressurized anchor,analyse the influence of adjacent rock to the stress and strain flied of anchor. Gainthe computing method of tridimensional stress and strain flied of anchor and therelation of anchor deformation, stress field, the diameter of anchor, internalpressure, the diameter of anchor eye and the parameters of longitudinal reinforcedlayer of anchor.2. Classify anchoring force created from flexible pressurized anchor, make elastic analysis, and analyz,e how the structure parameters of anchor affect anchoringforce.3. Apply finite-element analysis method to analyze the anchoring contact of anchorand adjacent rock, study on how the structure parameters of anchor affectanchoring effectiveness, induce the influencing mechanics, and provide guidancefor optimum design of flexible pressurized anchor.4. By laboratory test, measure the drawing anchoring force and shear performance offlexible pressurized anchor and analyze the influence of internal pressure andparameters of it. Compare laboratory results with theoretical and numericalsimulation results. By failure test and analysis, gain the classical failure forms toguide the manufacture of anchor.Theoretical calculation, numeric analysis and experimental result indicate that theflexible pressurized anchor is effective on anchoring adjacent rock and overcomes thedisadvantages of conventional anchor that is not good at adaptability for soft rock andlarge deforming tunnel. The anchoring mechanics is proper, anchor structure is reliable,and the stability of anchorage is good. The design of flexible pressurized anchorshould keep to the summing-up law...
