Flexible pressurized anchor is a kind of anchor which has a new structure and bolting mechanism, butthe anchor property of their study is notdeep enough, so that the bolt onthe market for the production and use is not wide enough, the paper studies flexible pressurized anchor bolting mechanism characteristics, provide a theoretical basis for the design and manufacture of flexible pressurized bolt.Firstly, understand the main features of polymeric materials, compared several commonly used nonlinear material constitutive model, understand the various constitutive material model is applicable to which material. Select the most suitable material constitutive model-Mooney-Rivilin. Compared several methods of determining parameters of constitutive models, determine the parameters which will used in this article.Secondly, establish the two-dimensional finite element model of flexible pressurized anchor bolt system, usingasingle variable, analytic mainly structural parameters’influence on the maximum Von mises stress and contact pressure of anchor bolt system, Determined the most suitable anchor structural parameters, which will take on a best result on the anchor bolting work, then, optimized structure will be determined. Compared with the result whose material model was simplified to a linear material. Provide evidence to design and manufacture of the flexible pressurized anchor.Finally, establish the three-dimensional finite element model of flexible pressurized anchor bolt system. Adopt the way of secondary load, regular pattern of stress of anchor boltsystem was simulated, compared with the result whose material model was simplified to a linear material. Research frictional coefficient and anchor material’s influence on contact pressure and maximum friction stress.
